Adoptable Dogs

Adoptable Dogs

You’ve come to the right place to adopt a Great Pyrenees dog. National Great Pyrenees Rescue features the widest selection of rescued, adoptable Great Pyrenees dogs and mixes in the U.S. Check back with us frequently as dogs are added or updated every day.

You’ll get an autoreply when we receive your application and a volunteer will followup with you. Please check your spam folder as our emails are sometimes misdirected. Our trained volunteers are adopters who know the breed well. They are dedicated to helping you find the right dog for your family.

There are three photos for each dog; click on the first photo to navigate right or left; many dogs have videos at the very bottom. With around 70 dogs listed, you may want to narrow your search by state, sex or general age. Puppies are < six months old, Young dogs six months to < three years, Adults three years to < seven years and Seniors seven +.

All dogs are listed as “Great Pyrenees” but some are Great Pyr mixes. We cannot guarantee the breed of any dog or puppy unless we have run a DNA test. If you’re new to the breed, please read about Pyrs before you fill out an adoption application.

Most dogs can be transported to states east of the Mississippi River, Illinois and Eastern Canada. We also feature dogs in Western States available through Great Pyrs and Paws Rescue on our Western Region Adoptable Dogs page.
