My Story

Adoption Pending. You can see more of these beautiful dogs by clicking on Rescue Dogs.

Miss Pebbles is looking for an active family to share her love of life! This young girl is the cutest and sweetest pooch you have ever met. She is smart - knows her basic cues, is eager to please - training is so much fun with this girl! Seriously, this girl radiates joy and happiness - you cannot help but smile and forget about all your worries when Pebbles is in your proximity. This beautiful girl ADORES people, especially if you have time to brush her and/or give her scratches in that special spot behind the ears. If you stop she will give you Pyr Paw to continue :) She loves nothing better than snuggles and belly rubs and is super affectionate - she will even give kisses! Pebbles has an innate love for nature so if you can provide her a large fenced backyard where she can run with the wind and stretch her legs, she will be more than happy to show you all the fun games she has invented. She loves to chase her tail, run after balls, and can often be found playing a game of fetch by herself. She will throw her stuffed animals in the air and catch them in her mouth! Regular walks and/or outings are the highlights of her day, though she also enjoys chilling with you indoors for downtime. Pebbles is a vibrant girl, full of love and light, and will be the pyrfect addition to one lucky family. We are pawsitive that this girl will bring you endless amounts of joy for years to come. Are you ready for this pyrfect pyr to join your family?

Our goal is to assess every application on its own merits. Key considerations are: 1) the experience of the applicant with large breed dogs 2) children in the household or regularly visiting the household are ready for a large-breed dog who is a guardian by nature and 3) the sex of other dogs currently residing in the household to avoid same-sex aggression issues. For puppies under six months old, the applicant’s ability to socialize the puppy with older dogs is a priority.
