My Story

Adoption Pending. You can see more of these beautiful dogs by clicking on Rescue Dogs.

Introducing Miss Milly, our pretty, confident, and curious gal who is looking for an active family to love and cherish her. Even at such a young age, Milly is showing tremendous pawtential to be the best companion for one lucky family! She is playful with her foster siblings, and she is thrilled with the large selection of stuffed toys available :) Milly is people-oriented and eager to please - she bounces happily towards her people, asking for playtime, head scratches, or cuddles. Milly is happiest when she can be social with others, but she is also content to chill with her toys or an appropriate chew or two when you have chores to do. This cute little girl will be a lovely addition to a family who is willing to dedicate the time and patience to raise Milly into the confident, social girl that she is destined to be. We are pawsitive that Milly will easily fit into a family that is willing to love and cherish her. She can be placed with another male dog companion to learn from and play with, and will need a secure fenced yard to play in. Milly is more than ready for her furever home, the question is, are you?

NYS Registered Rescue # RR102

Our goal is to assess every application on its own merits. Key considerations are: 1) the experience of the applicant with large breed dogs 2) children in the household or regularly visiting the household are ready for a large-breed dog who is a guardian by nature and 3) the sex of other dogs currently residing in the household to avoid same-sex aggression issues. For puppies under six months old, the applicant’s ability to socialize the puppy with older dogs is a priority.
