My Story

This gorgeous young girl is Chloe and she is so friendly - she absolutely adores humans! She is also great with dogs and fantastic with every animal she meets...horses, goats, cats included. According to her foster mom, Chloe is gentle, sweet, very social and loves to be around people. She is a beautiful girl who loves to play with her dog pals. Chloe is house trained and does great indoors - she is a great house dog who loves to hang out with her people when they watch TV :) She is fully vetted now and heartworm negative and ready to find a great home or foster home of her own. Like most Pyrenees, Chloe will need a home with tall secure fencing to be safe - with shorter fencing, she will want to go visiting the neighborhood, so secure fencing is best for this pretty and social girl. Chloe went unclaimed at a very crowded animal control. Thankfully she was saved in the nick of time by a great foster who knows the breed. She was recently groomed and had a haircut as her coat was so matted. Now she is looking and feeling fantastic and ready to find a family of her own. Chloe would love a dog companion in her new home to play with. This beautiful girl is smart and listens well and she loves getting attention and affection from everyone she meets. It's time for Chloe to find a great furever family of her own where she will never be abandoned again.

Our goal is to assess every application on its own merits. Key considerations are: 1) the experience of the applicant with large breed dogs 2) children in the household or regularly visiting the household are ready for a large-breed dog who is a guardian by nature and 3) the sex of other dogs currently residing in the household to avoid same-sex aggression issues. For puppies under six months old, the applicant’s ability to socialize the puppy with older dogs is a priority.
