My Story

Adoption Pending. You can see more of these beautiful dogs by clicking on Rescue Dogs.

Are you looking for a loving 'beau' to be your furever best friend? This wonderfully handsome and fluffy boy, Beau, may be pyrfect for you! Beau has the best pyrsonality - he easily befriends all human beings who happen to cross his path, and how can you not fall in love with him when he has such a charming smile? This big boy knows his basic cues and has an excellent recall - it's even more exceptional if you happen to have a treat or two in your pocket :) While Beau is mostly easy-going, he plays best with similarly easy-going pups of his size. Speaking of play, his all-time favorite activity is to splash around in his pool and/or play with his large assortment of toys. Just like many of our rescues, Beau is not a big fan of unexpected loud noises (e.g., fireworks, thunderstorms), but he is learning that he will come to no harm in his loving home. All in all, Beau is a low maintenance boy who will thrive with a healthy dose of affection and love. If you open your heart to this boy, we have no doubt Beau will become your most loyal 'beau' for years to come!

Our goal is to assess every application on its own merits. Key considerations are: 1) the experience of the applicant with large breed dogs 2) children in the household or regularly visiting the household are ready for a large-breed dog who is a guardian by nature and 3) the sex of other dogs currently residing in the household to avoid same-sex aggression issues. For puppies under six months old, the applicant’s ability to socialize the puppy with older dogs is a priority.
